How I work

Building successful products is a team sport. Great products aren't built in silos—they're built on shared context, objective data, and relentless customer empathy. My approach to product management is to create clarity out of complexity and build momentum through genuine consensus.

  1. I start by helping everyone see the bigger picture. I bring the right stakeholders into the room, lay out the broader strategic context so we can zoom out, see where we're going and have honest conversation about how we get there together. Everyone leaves feeling like they own the vision.

  2. I let facts guide the room. By grounding strategy in solid data and research, I remove ego and guesswork, shifting discussions from opinion-driven debates to actionable resolution.

  3. I champion the real problem. I advocate relentlessly for the needs of end users and partners, keeping their stated pain points at the center of every product decision. By deeply understanding their real problems, I ensure the team always maintains a clear, unshakeable North Star.
